Great that in 0.13.3 we can now remove items, but
a) Please could you make it confirm what is being deleted (state name) in case something was mis-selected
b) State this will not delete data files (like CSVs)
It's a bit disconcerting without these things right now.
Also - hopefully a more normal confirmation dialog will be provided with a simple question and Yes/No buttons.
